Fringed Phacalia

What a lovely plant to find in the mid to high elevations of the park. Growing only six inches tall this small plant is capable of quite a showy display when found in number such as at Chimneys Picnic Area around the first couple of weeks in April. Due to variying elevations, you may find this beauty at other locations in the park March through May.
