Great Smoky Mountain Wildflowers in National Park

Columbine is found in moist, rocky areas of the park such as near Laurel Creek Road and the Thomas Divide Trail. The plant stands at a height of one to two and a half feet. It blooms most often at low to mid elevations April through June.
